The principals of Crispin Hill are Heather Tompkins and Chelsey Madia. Heather is our Executive Chef and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Chelsey is our Bridal Coordinator and a graduate of NAU, with a Business Degree and an emphasis on Hotel and Restaurant Management. Heather and Chelsey’s dream was to build and operate a premiere Event Center in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country. In 2015, they found the property of their dreams and completed the purchase of the Crispin Hill Farm. The Crispin Hill nine-acre venue is private and somewhat secluded but is easy to reach via Route 54A, just three miles outside the quaint village of Penn Yan. Crispin Hill’s wedding event venue is nestled on a hillside and offers a picturesque view of Keuka Lake, the gem of the Finger Lakes. Several hotels are located near Crispin Hill for the convenience of your guests.
